Thanks to Bhavpreet for nominating me for this award. It’s a fun award. The delay in posting it was because I wanted to post a pic of my cup of coffee and I usually only got to enjoy one over the weekends. 🙂

Rules are :

  1.  NO Copying of image.
  2. Simple Rules. Those who have a busy life can reply in the comment Section with their answers & they don’t have to post separately.
  3. Also if someone likes it so much then he/she can make a separate post & use these images and nominate as many people they want.
  4. If you want to prepare a separate post then people who will post a picture clicked by them of chocolate & coffee will be taken as most serious & utmost gesture.
  5. There are 5 questions you need to answer:
  • Who is your Favorite Actor / Actress you will like to date ?

  • Who is Your Current Crush ?
  • Sue
  • Who is your Favorite blogger whose post you can’t skip ?  
  • Quite a few. Abyssbrain, Sabiscuit, Priyanka, Kritika, Fictionatrix, Saya among them
  • What would you ask if god agrees to grant you three wishes of your choice ?
  • a- I should always have exactly the amount of money I need at any time in my pocket, or my account
  • b- The ability to turn back time and re-live any moment from my past again and again, well, time travel.
  • c- The ability to die when I want, at my choice, Though that would make the other two moot…
  • Explain about you as a blogger, your aim to blog , are you satisfied with it ?
  • I don’t know, to be honest. I started this blog as a newly turned atheist who wanted to discuss these concepts with like-minded people. Didn’t go too well, but I kept posting. For the last year or so it’s become a much more personal place, where I talk about stuff I don’t mention to anyone else IRL. Just yesterday i mentioned to someone that there are times when this blog is all that’s holding me together.

That’s it! Nominations in a follow-up blog. It’s a lengthy process!

I need to fill this up with much better content than I had populated it with earlier. Why I write a blog maybe? I started blogging in 2009 or thereabouts. I was a newly turned atheist and wanted to converse with others of the same persuasion. We're not exactly a big population group in India! It didn't go very well and I sort of lost interest, posting a few things now and then. I got a lot more regular over the last few months and have been posting almost daily since February '15. There were many reasons why I gradually became more regular in posting, but one way or the other, here I am! So this blog has taken shape, being at different points in time my showcase, my comedy club, my art gallery, my book club, my therapist, my close friend, my innermost self....but always my little corner of the world. You are all welcome to visit and I hope you stay awhile! A few points about me because I don't want to lead anyone on(and trust me this does become an issue more often than I'd care to admit). I'm Indian, the brown-skinned variety; if race, ethnicity or skin colour is an issue, you don't have to get to know me any more than what you see on my blog. I'm 40, so if age is an issue, please be informed accordingly. I was a doctor, an ophthalmic surgeon for 10 years before I quit practice.
